Eischens Yoga
Eischens Yoga is a form of yoga developed by Roger Eischens over a period of 30 years. Having trained with B.K.S. lyengar for 12 years in India, much of that tradition still holds true. Eischens Yoga is highly is highly-accessible to all body types, experience, and fitness levels because it focuses on movement rather than the achievement of static, complex poses. Eischens Yoga also includes partner feedback as a means of practice which no other yoga does. Hands-on feedback can be briefly summarized as “where I push, you resist.” By bringing awareness to deactivated parts of the body, energy flows to that area. Being overly tight, overly mobile, or in chronic pain are all manifestations of imbalances and are treated using similar techniques.

Plant Based Nutrition will help you to get leaner and stronger than ever before AND bring incredible amounts of energy and vitality and overall health to your body and mind. The Standard American Diet has been proven unhealthy, resulting in disease, obesity and pain for young and old. What is Whole-Body Skill Training?
Since its opening, the Monkey Bar Gym’s mission has been to creat a revolution in health and fitness with a primary focus on “function” rather than “fashion” or “trends.” The MBG focuses on intuitive, skill-based movements that do not require any machines and can be performed anywhere, inside or outside a gym. The staff of the Monkey Bar Gym trains members to develop instinctive movements of running, jumping, crawling, climbing, rolling, and reacting to the highest levels. Preparing a person for all aspects of life, from working in the yard, being a weekend warrior or a professional athlete!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Orientation
On April 22 from 1:00pm-4:00pm we are teaming up with US Combat Sports (http://uscombatsports.com/), Waukesha MMA (http://www.trainatwmma.com/), and Neutral Ground Milwaukee (http://www.facebook.com/neutralground) for a BJJ orientation open to the public!
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a unique self defense art that focuses on ground fighting techniques and different type of submission holds. This martial art technique, which was originally derived from the Japanese proves that power, size, muscle, and energy does not play a factor in defending oneself.
If you want to learn how to gain great body strength, improve your health, and defend yourself, come to the BJJ event.

Eischen’s Yoga Trial Classes and Orientation
We are kicking off Eischen’s Yoga classes just for you! there will be 2 trial classes—April 23rd at 7:30pm and April 26th at 8:00am. The orientation workshop is April 29th from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
The class schedule from May 7th until June 30th will be Monday/Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm and Tuesday/Thursday 8:00am-9:00am.

We have prizes to give away, food and music downstairs at Catch 22 along with their Tuesday specials, 97.3 Riggs Radio Now will be at MBG, and you will get the chance to hear success stories first-hand from current members.
We are also having FREE workshops starting at 4:00p, 5:00p, 6:00p, and 7:00p that showcase our training workouts and a yoga warm up with our newest yoga instructor Lauren. There are only 20 spots for each class on a first come first serve basis, so come early and be ready to work out with us!!
Along with all of this, new members that sign up get 50% off their joining fee the entire week of May 1st!
